Thanks Stefanie and iceflower. The Princess is such a tireless advocate for UNAIDS. Seeing Mathilde with President Sirleaf of Liberia is wonderful. Two women trying to make a dent in world rights for women and especially to African women.

I second that.
Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf is doing a great job in Liberia. It would be such a benefit if more women would reach key positions and get the opportunity to demonstrate their skills and knowledge.
Nice picture of the president and the princess.

Regarding the chicken. According to a Belgian newspaper the chicken felt really comfy in Mathilde’s arms. She then handed it over to her bodyguard who carried it around a while and finally decided to set it free.

Thanks for the photos and update on Crown Princess Mathilde's visit to Liberia!
It appears her visit was productive of exchange of ideas on how to deal with issues women face. It is always a pleasure to see her interacting with people and children.
