King Philippe might attend the World Cup in Qatar if the national team reaches (at least) the semi-finals. Like in several other countries, there is debate whether the government and/or member of the royal family should attend the World Cup because of the human rights issues in Qatar. It seems that most are willing to set those aside if their team reaches either the semi-finals or the finals.

What a fun video. The king has gathered a very clever communications team around him. The best one of the continental royals perhaps.
