Apparently, Crown-Prince Filip's life is so hilarious that VTM has commissioned a comical series to be produced about him. It should be broadcast in the fall. Actors: Walter Baele as Prince Filip and Nathalie Meskens as Princess Mathilde. It is supposed to be some kind of fake-reality tv show (for the Belgian members: a cross between "Het Geslacht de Pauw" and "Royalty")

Palace officials state that there have been no requests to film anything in the Palace, and they have not quite given their consent, neither did they prohibit it. Apparently, the press knew before the Royal Family. They will give an official reaction "in due time". (They do have all summer to think about it)
