I agree, Josefine. I think CP Mathilde will have another beautiful healthy boy! :)
Pretty names would be: Boudain, Lucas, Micheal

I suppose you mean 'Baudouin', 'Boudain' is a very offensive way to insult someone in French :o
Baudouin is quite old fashioned and already Gabriel's second name (as a tribute to the late king Baudouin, Filip's uncle).
I have no idea what name they will pick. I hope ir will be another nice surprise like Gabriel was.
I'm hoping for a girl myself but I boy will do nicely as well of course :):)

Since they already have one of each, I'd like to see them have another boy. Baby princes are in short supply in the European monarchies. (Go girl power!)
Anyway, since there's been an influx of exotic names in the royal families, I was thinking:
Girl: Alyssa, Alexandra, or Charlotte
Boy: Damien, Darien, or Alexander

I'm very indecise but something says me it will be a girl, but I would prefer a boy - there's enough baby girls in royal families this year.

I haven't got a guess whether it will be a boy or girl, but as a guess for a name for a girl: Isabell Josephine Marie Elisabeth.
I haven't got a guess for a boy's name.
I think Mathilde's sister Elisabeth will be the child's godmother whether it's a boy or girl. I also think Philippe and Mathilde will choose a name that's spelled and pronounced the same way (or as close as possible) in all three languages, so I don't really know if Isabelle qualifies.

Thanks Hannelore - good to get an answer from an expert on the matter. :)
Only 2 1/2 - 3 months (or more if the baby is born passed the due-date) until we know the name and the sex of the baby - can't wait. :)

Can't wait either :)
Last night I actually dreamt about it. In my dream I woke up and heard on the news that 'prince Narcisso' was born. I thought "Oh God, what's gotten into them to chose that name??"
Glad it was just a dream

I think they'll have another boy. Two little brothers for Princess Elisabeth to boss around.

That's a funny dream Hannelore. But what happens if it turns out to be true? That would really be quite spooky, but I doubt they'll choose that name.

I like Michel/Michael and Lucas for boys (they are not common royal names, at least not recently, but they still sound regal), and for a girl I could imagine something involving either Josephine or Charlotte, since Grand Duchess Josephine-Charlotte was from Belgium.

If it turns out your dream will come true (but I agree God forbid) remind me to ask you for that weeks winning lottery numbers - the Danish ones.
