The last picture of Charles with the flag in the back ground makes him look very majestic.

AS the icy relations between Zimbabwe and the West continue to thaw, the United Kingdom's Prince Charles, through his representative, has indicated he has plans to assist in the completion of two clinics in Kuwadzana and Budiriro abandoned nine years ago due financial constraints
allAfrica.com: Zimbabwe: Royal Family Pledges to Assist Harare (Page 1 of 1)
I'm not sure how true the above story might be, as I haven't heard of any thawing of relations between Britain and Mugabe.

Especially as the article claims that the Prince has been on a 'charity crusade' in the Commonwealth since 1958 - when he was 10 years old!!

That sort of doubts the credibility of the article. If they can't even fake the dates right.
Interesting read, but I doubt the relationship will thaw.

I think they might have meant from 1969 - i.e. when Charles was invested as Prince of Wales but assumed that it was from when he was created PoW.
As for the rest of the article - rubbish in my opinion.

This is the long-awaited debut public appearance of the third parure presented to the DOC by Prince Al-Waleed of Saudi Arabia in March 2006.
Further discussion of the emeralds can be found in the DOC Jewels thread.
Others attending the Royal Gala Performance were Joan Rivers and Sharon Osbourne. Joan Rivers has been a long-time supporter of the Prince's Trust.

Wonderful event. Charles and Camilla looks wonderful together. Camilla's outfit is perfect for a summer event. Love the dog in the first picture.
