The President of Mauritius, who is Chair of the Trust's 'Food Forever' Initiative, attended as well:

The Prince of Wales, Colonel, Welsh Guards, held a Regimental Council Meeting.

The Prince of Wales, Patron, University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, later received Mr. Feike Sijbesma (Chief Executive Officer, Koninklijke DSM).

His Royal Highness afterwards attended a Meeting of The Prince of Wales' International Sustainability Unit, British Academy, Carlton House Terrace, London SW1.

The Prince of Wales, Patron, Macmillan Cancer Support, this evening held a Reception at Buckingham Palace.

Court Circular 2nd February:
The Prince of Wales, Patron, Welsh National Opera, this evening attended a performance of "la Forza del Destino" at Wales Millennium Centre, Bute Place, Cardiff, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of South Glamorgan (Mrs. Morfudd Meredith).

It's fantastic that Prince Charles is supportive of a large range of vital environmental issues.
His focus on Food Forever - resilient food production and the restoration of the canal system, for example, show a very practical involvement. These initiatives will benefit generations of people, birds, animals and plants.
I always learn something here. Thank you for posting the engagements of Charles.

I like that Charles has personally stressed that he’s not “stepping back” or “downsizing” from his charitable work in any way. There’s been lots of talk of him preparing to do so, as he take on more duties from The Queen.
