Prince Charles addresses delegates at the annual conference of
the Prince's Foundation for the Built Environment, at St James'
Palace in London, February 3rd, 2010.
New research from the architectural charity suggested that housebuilders
could inject jobs and money into local economies, as well as reaching
Government carbon reduction targets, by producing greener properties.
The Prince had previously said that his Foundation was creating a
"natural house" using green materials such as clay blocks, lime plaster
and sheep's wool in the hope of pointing the way forward for house
builders.
