Those riding in the procession from the Abbey back to BP - the Waleses, Edinburghs (with Louise and James), the Gloucesters and Tim. Princess Anne will be on horseback.

For balcony it just says members of the RF, it doesn’t specify who.

I’ve just seen Baroness Scotland on BBC she is taking part in the service. She is in a dress and Hat so it doesn’t look like she will wear her Garter robes.

Maybe it is the Dutchman in me, but the Abbey is extremely sparse. Where are the floral decorations? It looks like any Sunday's Mass, qua venue, to be fair.

Maybe that is what the King wanted. Empty and sparse. No carpets, no velvet canopies, no floral arrangements.
