:previous: No doubt. Very busy 11 days for the two of them. I am sure they will be happy to get home to Clarence house. Sure like any fur mom, Camilla is likely missing her dogs ? But they wont have much time to rest. They are both scheduled to be part of the remembrance weekend events.

I was referring to mainstream media - TV, newspapers - not the side events like twitter on which anyone can create a profile claiming to be a reporter and make stuff up (is happening to my brother who has never had a twitter account but there is someone using his image, his name and his work place to create posts and there is nothing he can do about it and nor can anyone else.

I have seen one article in the DM and one report on TV here in Australia.

If this was a William and Kate tour the coverage would be live of every event all over the realms but Charles and Camilla get virtually no coverage of anything they do.

Royal reporters, who have Verified accounts, and work for the major British magazines and tabloids, are all over twitter. Having a basic understanding of twitter, and checking the verified status of accounts is a great place to start.

Its the 21st century. 98% of media is online, and a good chunk of that social media. Its there if you look. There are also plenty of articles posted here by me and other posters. Not just 1 DM, numerous DM articles, as well as the telegraph and there is even some American coverage. If you look at my last post there is a video clip from American news.

What Australian news choose to cover well that is another matter.

Yes there are less then Will and Kate. Why? Its a business. They get paid by clicks. Who gets more clicks? Simple math.

Back to the mysterious not covered tour....:whistling:

Seems Charles is a fan of Harry Potter

Actually, it’s only Kate who gets media attention. I bet William’s upcoming trip to Finland will get minimal press coverage.

Basically, if you’re not a young, beautiful, sexy, fabulously dressed woman:rolleyes:, the media ignores you. Not much Charles and Camilla can do about that. Well, a huge scandal will get you on the front page, but I kind of think these two are happy not to have that type of media interest.
Plus, this has been a very long tour, they had more coverage on the first couple of days.

It’s the same in other monarchies, so nothing special about the British here. The young women (Mary, Maxima, Letizia) get all the coverage and their husbands and older royals very little.
