I like the top part of the dress, the collar is very flattering. Don't care much for the lower part. It's too clingy. Still, a refreshing look on the Duchess.

She looks wonderful and appropriate.

It is very encouraging that you don't have to be thin in order to look elegant. Both Maxima and Camilla are demonstrating that more womanly curves look great too. Camilla's shoes are absolutely fabulous. Glad to see that style back in vogue.

Prince Charles delivers a speech at Al-Azhar University, the foremost Islamic institution in the Sunni Muslim world, as the Grand Sheik of Al-Azhar and top Islamic cleric in Egypt, Mohammed Sayed Tantawi, right, listens in Cairo, Egypt, Tuesday, March 21, 2006. Charles was given an honorary doctorate by the university in recognition of his work to further the understanding of Islam in the West, and in his speech he criticized the Danish cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad, and the "ghastly" violence that followed them, calling on all responsible people to respect each other's religions

Prince Charles Criticizes Danish Cartoons

Prince Charles on Tuesday criticized the Danish cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad, as well as the "ghastly" violence that followed them, calling on all "responsible men and women" to respect the religion of others.

It is very good that he keeps talking about respect between faiths. He is in the position no one politician is so he can talk about openly and without being accused that he has some strictly political aim.

PS. I will be very grateful if somebody from English speaking country could correct my language mistakes. Thank you :) !

Lovely outfit she wore today, just right for the occasion!

just saw a quick glimpse on bbc news 24 and HRH is in white and the snake diamond necklace at this evenings event in cairo

Yes the evening gown is definitly one of my favorites. I love the sleeves and it is just a complete turn around from the dark colored outfits she usually wears. Also love her in the scarf and outifit today. Very nice.

The dress is absolutely stunning :)

Just one word: FABOULUS! For me her best gown ever! It suits her very well and the color is perfect. But where is the tiara?

Yes the gown is beautiful and Camilla wears it well.

I understand that, because it is a republic, it is not protocol to wear a tiara, perhaps one of our experts can set us straight. :)

What a beau-ti-ful dress! I love it. Camilla certainly looks stunning and it's indeed different from the kind of (dark) dresses we are used to see her wear! Lovely! :)

She looks really nice in the dress.

HEHE~~~

Camilla looks so nice in her evening gown.Looking foreward to seeing the rest of her outfits on this trip.

Camilla Sparkles At Cairo Banquet

The Duchess of Cornwall sparkled at a dinner thrown by Egypt's president with a glittering diamond necklace. The necklace consisted of large gemstones which curled around her neck like an asp and ended with a sculpted drop diamond similar to a snake's head.

CAMILLA OF CAIRO
Barefoot Duchess all smiles on royal tour

HEAD covered by a scarf and barefoot, the Duchess of Cornwall visited an Egyptian mosque yesterday on a royal tour with Prince Charles.

Today Camilla wore a green suit. It is the same one that she wore to Prince Williams graduation and to church in California. She is also wearing the same type of shoes she wore on the first day but in beige. I dont know much about shoes. Are they coming in style or something. So far they have been feeding animals on a farm.

Not because it is a republic. Instead it depends on the protocol level or degree of the dinner. Note that Charles is wearing a suit, no orders, sashes or decorations.
So no tiara this time. Maybe in Saudi Arabia? :)

Duchess Camilla is much beautiful more photos and she is much humour and happy!
