Sorry, at the first moment I mistook Lady Amelia Spencer with Lady Amelia Windsor (and thought that the third girl is maybe the fiancee of Lord Downpatrick)

Yes, it is easy to interchange, especially with the Windsors and Spencers involvement with the fashion industry. I believe the sisters are sandwiched on either side by their brother Louis Spencer Viscount Althorp on the left and half-brother Sam Aitken, Victoria's son.
