Louis Spencer, Viscount Althorpe (son of Charles Spencer and his first wife, Victoria) is in his 20s now.

Lady Charlotte Diana Spencer (b.2012) - only child together of her father and current (and, let's hope, last) stepmother.

She has also two stepsisters, daughters of her stepmother and her former husband.
Her previous stepmother has two sons by her former husband.

Earl Spencer is actually respected as an historian. He wrote a new book about Charles II, he is promoting his book as all authors are expected to do.

This is one of those looks I would never wear but I do like. And while I'm not an advocate of fashion-tiara-wear, this tiara looks great with the Rafael-esgue print.
