Princess Caroline and husbands part II

If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
I think she was definitely interesting to look at in her teenaged years.
Caro has calmed down a lot, but hey, she is a mature woman now!

Anyway, I again think that Junot and Caro made a very nice couple.

Iceflower, I love your pics. Please, post some of Stephanie.

I have to agree with Tosca, Stefano probably had a backbone - only it may not have been obvious. You don't need a crown to be king - ie to posess the qualities of one (a good one) ;)

Either way, everytime I see pics of Caroline and Stefano I always see her smiling from cheek to cheek and you can't help but feel that she was genuinely happy with him. I'm sure many people would agree that he was the love of her life. Lucky she was able to find it in her lifetime - even if it didn't last forever.

Oh I thought I was the only one, fandesacs!
I know Caroline and Philippe had hard times together, since they eventually split, but all the pictures of the two of them showed a nice and much in love couple.
Caro seemed to be so in love with him.
I think they were really cute together.
What a pity they did nont last. :(

Caroline at this time looked happy with him, but I think she suddenly "woke up". I stron be;ieve that Philippe was very very attracted by Caroline, but they had a very different perception of life at this moment, and the clash was unavoidable.
Once, Carolne said in an interview that "Philippe stepped into this marriage like if he was going just to a another party". This said all I think...

Well, I have to disagree on Stefano. I watched him interviewed by the Italian TV when Andrea was still one year old, and he didn't appear to be wimpish, and dominated by his wife at all. That's what the foreign press always wrote about him, and since the interview was conducted in Italian, and I boast of knowing my language very well, since I was born (dialects were banned in my household), I don't think I got things wrong.

He was a man who didn't like the spotlight, but unlike EA or Andrea he'd never beated anyone. Perhaps his politeness and reservedness were mistaken for weakness. Again, in that interview he appeared as having a backbone. You do not need to shout and to rule with a rod of iron to make yourself obeyed by your subordinates or those who are closer to you. If I'm not mistaken, the years Caroline spent with Stefano were the quietest of her life. He seemed to have "tamed" her impulsive nature.

Thanks for your impressions Tosca, they are precious bevause you are Italian and you carry the first "feedback" Stefano was giving to people. It confirms the feeling we all have about Stefano. I never saw Caroline so happy, so serene and so "accomplished" than these years.

You're welcome Cri!:flowers: That's was my point of view of course, and the impression I got from that interview and his interacting with little Andrea, made me think he was a good, polite but influential man. No need to shout to get things done;) It's a shame her wife and kids lost him.

Thanks for posting those clippings Ice!
Stefano's ex girlfriend, journalist Marina Perzy once said he was the one who used to do the housework, when they lived together.

Beautiful clippings, tbhrc. I love the white pants outfit pictures and the radiant smile that goes with it ! What a beautiful woman ! Just looking at her makes you love life, that's the way I feel about it .

Monaco70s is right: Caroline and Stefano met in 1983, when Grace had already died.

Sometimes taloids tend to elaborate stories, in fact they also say the Casiraghis are of noble stock, which is not true, because Stefano's father was a primary school teacher and the son of a railwayman before turning into a businessman.
