harry is a good young man to serve his country .If they want to redeploy him they should move him around more so the press does'nt leak the info.

Well historically the "spare" was destined for the Military and if there was a third, the church!

So then, Harry joined the army. A job not a hobby, and surprise, surprise .. . Harry found something that he was actually good at, something that he could be proud of and suceed on his own merits. There are three things to remember:

1. The BDF have been engaged in various "actions" since WWII.

2. Harry applied knowing this.

3. The MOD accepted him knowing this.

Harry's only condition was that if he was in he was all in. That if he was trained as part of a Troop he would not be withdrawn to keep him safe and thus endanger his Troop by having a last minute substite OC.

OK. The Army didn't renege, the politicians and the MOD did. However, the Army, ever resourceful retrained him and he went in another capacity.

So to answer your question, it was good, better and great in that or any other order.

He is not the only royal in the military around the world and if and when it happens again, perhaps everyone will have gotten over the whole deal.
