GMA interviewed some members of the public that's been invited to the wedding. There is a short footage of Meghan in India that I've never seen before.

Not according to the "inside information" quoted in the earlier DM piece. Several staff were complaining about how preparations were way behind schedule and chaotic compared to William and Kate's wedding for example.
Believe what you want, but I trust the DM article on this one.

If cast members of Suits are her friends, they are still very much her present.

Her job on Suits is her past, but not her friends. Kents are Gloucesters are people that she'll see once or twice a year and likely not to be nearly as close as she is with her personal friends.

A Mod note was posted earlier on today asking that we move on from the subject of Harry's distant cousins being invited (or not) to the Wedding. No conclusion was made after a number of people added their points of view on the subject and we wish to avoid going round in circles. Accordingly, further posts have been deleted. Please refrain from ignoring Mod notes - they are made for a reason.

DM aka Daily Fail. It is still a tabloid that needs to sell and that has a certain political orientation, so you expect them to fulfill the expectations of their angry and bitter (judging by their comments section) audience.

Anyway we will know in due time. I remember that for the wedding of W and K, BP published a list of all the members of the royal family invited (extended members included) as well as all the foreign royals. I remember watching them when they arrived in 2 coaches at Westminster after having departed from Buckingham Palace, the commentator on the channel i was watching that day event qualified them of "minor royals" an epithet I found back then of a very bad taste

I wonder though if they will announce guests ahead of time? After all they said no one official eg foreign officials and members of UK government were being invited in that capacity. So they would just be listing all Harry and Meghan’s friends and family? Of course they will want to show which charities and organisations are represented but not sure they will name names and not sure they will do anything before Saturday? Except maybe to media?

Even here you can find someone who also loves hockey Thankfully the first semifinal starts at 3.15PM, plenty of time for the wedding coverage to end. It looks like I'll be glued to the TV for the whole day...
But, back on topic, I just saw the pictures from the choir rehersal and to all that's holly... St. George's looks AMAZING. So grand and somehow intimate at the same time, very classy. I'm in love with the ceiling. And the stained-glass windows! What a perfect place to have a wedding!

No, I don't feel that it cheapens the wedding.
Elton sang at Harry's mother's funeral, it was a very touching moment for me at the time, and I'm sure for others old enough to remember, it will be equally touching as we reflect back on the forlorn little boy we watched at that time now being serenaded at his own wedding all grown up and seemingly happier than he's been in many years.

So we still don't know who's walking Meghan down the aisle?

I am still guessing her mother or no one. Doria only met with the Cambridges today and will meet the grandparents tomorrow during the rehearsal. I would assume after the rehearsal is complete and they do both options, then they will announce the final details to the public.

I think it will be her mother or Prince Charles walking her down the aisle...also possible she goes down the aisle by herself.

Wonder if we will get pictures of the arrivals at Frogmore for the reception? Is it on private roads? I’m guessing so as we didn’t see any arrival pictures from Peter and Autumns wedding?

I think she could honor her father's wishes and have Doria walk her down the aisle.

Just as long as Elton sings nothing too schmaltzy. This IS a happy occasion.
Not like the other time.
Just saying.
