Not sure if this has already been posted. This is a link to the carriage and horses chosen for the procession around Windsor after the ceremony.

That’s the same carriage Harry rode in on the way to BP after his brother’s wedding.

Well, let's hope it's at least reasonably comfortable to ride in. So many of the RF's coaches and carriages aren't. Comfort's one of the main things to go for, I think.

I like this pick! Was hoping it would be one of them. Well done.

What did you think they were going to tour around Windsor in Jacqui?

I'm happy with this carriage. It'll all look so lovely.

Both lovely coaches. I do however hope that the weather cooperates so that we can get that lovely Ascot Landau, and also for those lining the path, that it's a comfortable and dry experience for them.

They will change to the other carriage that is enclosed in glass if it rains.

Oh goodness, please don’t. That thing would look gloomy with an enclosed top given its color.

The carriages chosen are very nice, but I'm totally distracted by the beautiful horses, especially the lovely Milford Haven. I don't remember in the past having the names of the horses made public.

It will be polished to perfection, there'll be a mounted military contingent around it and I don't think anyone will be looking at the carriage to be frank, anyway, just at the bride and groom.

That's the thing, though, you don't really notice the carriage itself in the context of a royal wedding procession. It's a backdrop to the bride and groom, the brightly uniformed footmen, the gorgeous horses, etc. and all of those things catch your eye instead of the conveyance itself.

I think they will switch coaches if it rains to the second option shown. The one that has the glass sides and top.

No, I notice it whenever I see pictures from Edward and Sophie's wedding. It's ugly.
