Must be a boy...they're notoriously late.

What Brits think about Harry and Meghan's decision to keep details surrounding the birth private.
75% agreed with them
13% didn't care or didn't know
12% didn't agree with them.
Interesting statistics.

So, officially a May baby. I really never thought we would reach May 1st without baby Sussex outside in the world.

Remember 2 weeks after "early May" can be up to May 20th.

Her comment on early May takes into consideration baby can be late. She said she’s due late April, but maybe early May. Most doctors won’t let mothers go past 2 weeks overdue.

We don't know that. She said she was due late April/early May. We have passed late April so it next up is early May. Two weeks past early May could take us to to April 20th.
Also it's important to know that a woman's due date or EDC is only an "estimate".

While due dates are an estimate, that is the standard doctors use to take into consideration when it’s appropriate time to intervene. And her official due date is in April, they will not wait until May 20th.

We passed April yes. That doesn't mean her due date is in May. It very well means she could already be a week late or more.
At the time of Eugenie's wedding it was said she had her 12 week scan. And not that day. A due date of April 21-25 would have had her 12.5 weeks or so pregnant when Eugenie got married.
Its far more likely she is already at least a day or two over due if not more. And included May as she knew many first babies come late.

No one knows when her official due date is/was.
The Duchess said she was due late April/early May.
No exact date was given so no one knows if she is overdue. She could very well be approaching her due date.

Actually it does mean that her due date could very well be in May.
Meghan said late April/early May. She didn't give an exact that so she could be very well be due in May.
As for the 12 week scan. That's just speculation on the people's part. No one knows if and when exactly she had the scan. As previouslt mentioned here in this thread the scan can be done before or after 12 weeks.

Once again: Meghan, her family and her doctors are the only ones who know when her official due date is, and they haven't shared that info with the public. So let's move on from arguing about when Meghan had her 12 week scan and whether she is overdue.

Harry has been confirmed for a quick trip to the Netherlands next week. I really doubt they’d announce that unless a firm “here’s when we stop waiting for things to start naturally and take this baby out already” date weren’t set at least several days prior. Which should mean we’re getting close, folks!

If they can do this Friday EST time or wait until Sunday EST, that'd be greatly appreciated. I've got plans for all day Saturday.

They’re only announcing the trip because it’s part of his schedule. He’s likely won’t be going if the baby arrives today or close to the date of the trip.

I think if the baby gets here early enough, he'd still go. It's less than 24 hours, and it's been on his calendar for a long time.

From what I’m understanding, no decision has been made. It’s just been announced because that’s in his schedule since last year. The baby is taking precedent here. Very likely baby Sussex will be here before then.

Based on what all the reporters are saying and just putting pieces together from the last 2 weeks, this is what I think is going in.
Meghan likely was due a few days ago. Doria has been in the UK for two weeks now. Harry wasn't expecting to attend the two engagements recently. This trip to the Netherlands was scheduled in months ago and clearly Harry thought the timing would work. It all just points to they thought Baby Sussex would be here last week.
I can't imagine it goes beyond this weekend. I could be wrong, clearly, but that is my guess.
