Different cultures and behaviour. It may seem weird to you because thats maybe not the culture in your country, but in Denmark we are quite open these things.......and so are the royals in our country.

I'm so curious to know the baby's name. It was a pity the reporter didn't ask for the name, because if he did, Meghan and Harry would probably say when it's released to the public. Let's hope its today after meeting The Queen.

Anyways, it's sweet that Meghan said Baby Sussex has the best temperament.
But I just want to remind her that the first one is God's trick for you to have more. So that might be why.

I remember the danish birth interviews, especially after the twins were born. In English, because crown princess Mary is Australian and answered in English. All the Nordic births were reported in a much less uptight way, cultural difference for sure.
Lovely presentation of the baby, what a treat to see Windsor instead of worrying about the new parents tripping down those hospital steps. they look so happy and kind of surprised the way first parents do. How the print photographer got such a good shot of the baby is beyond me. Looking at Megan’s baby picture, I think he looks like her. Beautiful baby. Btw, his cap is very fine lambs wool. I was lucky enough to have an elderly English lady knit me a set of three booties for our first born, and the first pair is that superfine lambs wool

Such a happy moment!
Also, am I the only one more excited about seeing the new parents completely happy with their baby? I'm so sorry, but for me all newborns just look exactly the same...
|
Those two look so blissed out it's enough to chip a few jaded corners of those who don't believe in love.
Harry and Meghan are perfect examples of real, "I'd die to keep you safe. Harry to Meghan, Meghan to Harry and both for their child.
At this stage they seem totally encapsulated in a 'Bliss Balloon' basically operating on auto pilot.

I have to admit it is obvious that the planning for this birth has been great and, IT l glitches not withstanding, it went very well. The media ended up getting more than they ever have before.
The Lindo steps evolved from the first Royals who gave birth there. It was never planned per se, but it grew and the only planning was by the the Metropolitan Police who had to corral the increasing umbrt of media and fans.
I'd like to think that any further births could be handled like this band I am sure Harry and Meghan are greatful to granny for th use of the Windsor stableyards and Great Hall so their home remains private.

Not only that, but how a newborn behaves in the first couple of days is not any kind of guarantee that they are going to stay that quiet and docile. Ask me how I know this. Wishing for a non-colicky, sleep through the night early kind of baby for the happy new parents.

So I'm just going to call it now and say they are going to go the Wessex route with titles and styles.

Archie Harrison won't be styled as Earl of Dumbarton. He'll use the Mountbatten-Windsor surname
