1 - Vietnam; De fattige Khmer-kvinder er i fuld gang med at skabe en mere velfungerende økonomi i Ian Giang og Soc Trang Provinsen i det sydvestlige Vietnam ved Mekong. Prins Joachim ser på silkestof af væveren Le Kim Kha.

4 - Mao og Hue Kakada; Prins Joachim sidder med Mao Kakada på 13 og hans bror, Hue Kakada, på 11. De er konstateret HIV positive, og de er forældreløse. I dag passes de af deres bedstemor.
5 - Samfund af HIV-ramte børn; Sang og klapsaver fra 200 børn, mødte Prins Joachim, da han fredag formiddag kom på besøg på Maryknoll, hvor der er mange børn i pleje. Maryknoll er et lille samfund af HIV-ramte børn , der ligger lige midt i hovedstaden Phnom Penh, Cambodja.

Det sker i forbindelse med Prinsens besøg hos flere Care Danmark projekter i Cambodia. The Danish Prince Joachim had a royal laugh at some of the pictures from his travel with care. Mr Jesper Bruun Rasmussen was autioneer at the birthday of the relief agency 'Care', where the Danish Prince Joachim also was present as he is patron of the agency. The agency held its 60 year birthday and in this connection an auction was held. Dinners with famous Danish people were auctionend away a the highest bid

Here is an article from Her og Nu in regards to Joachim's trip to Mozambique. It's looks as if he packed the wrong colored pants... um, Joachim, burnt fuschia orange pants isn't your best look... basically it's not working wonders for ya.

A note in Billed Bladet #33, 2010

informs us that Joachim will go to Africa in his capacity as patron fo Care. Here he will be looking at climate projects in northern Ghana.
The purpose of the project is to find new crops for the hot and ry climate there.

Our Marie will not go with him.

You may remember Joachim's visit to Mosambique some time back? Which unfortunately didn't get the attention it deserved.

I fear this journey won't get much attention either if Marie does not
accompany him. Joachim is not such a popular prince, at least in
the foreign press, so I doubt there will be much media interest
without a beautiful princess next to me - sad to say. Have they
added when the trip to Ghana will take place?

On Tuesday, August 17, Prince Joachim attended a seminar organized
by CARE at the PA Consulting Group in Hellerup, but I haven't seen
any coverage on that.
