Last week Marie, Joachim and their two children went to France to attend the funeral of Baroness Odile de Sarigne.
That took place in the Saint-Jean Baptiste church in Neuilly-sur-Seine which must be considered one of the more affluent parts of Paris.

A large number of family and friends were prsent, including Marie's mother, Francoise Grassiot.

Joachim returned to attend the memorial for Danish UN peace keepers in Copenhagen and here he said: "The funeral went as that sort of things should.
A chapter has ended".

Baroness Odile de Sarigne was 98.
