Well, you will be able to see the entire wedding on the net, which I noted several days ago several pages back on DR1, so that should tie you over a bit. However, we shouldn't expect grand coverage like Mary and Frederik's wedding. You will also be able to see spots here and there of guests arriving for the reception/dinner, but that's it. I doubt we will see the wedding dance either, but you never know.
Once the ceremony is about to begin I would like members to head on over to the Royal Weddings sub-forum ( here) to continue the discussion. Overdose wedding coverage begins around 9:30am Denmark time, and the actually ceremony begins at 5pm sharp. If you want to see the guests arrive click on the DR1 link at 3:30pm Denmark time. Links to the DR1 site is located in the link previously noted.

I thought the groom wears a uniform at his marriage when it is a state occasion like Fred, Felipe, Willem-A, Joachim's first, etc weddings were. So maybe Joachim will wear a suit this time.

I was just wondering, does anyone know if Frederik and Mary will bring Cristian and Isabella to the wedding as well?

I'm sure they won't - there'd be the risk that the children would upstage the bride ...

haha Joachim sure wasn't wearing a very nice looking jacket. Was this really a "ball" though? Marie (although not clearly visible of course) doesn't seem to be very a ballroom dress, but rather a jacket!

Thank you Her_Majesty.
What a dissaproving display by Joachim (aren't we royal watchers the worst.lol.). He is generally the better tailored Prince of the family. Between his fathers purple dinner jacket, Frederik's red pants and now this...

Hi everyone, though I am not a new member of this board, this is the first post I am sending. I am very excited and happy to share my first royal wedding with you. Hopefully we will have great time together.
But just one question. Will there be a live coverage of the wedding in the internet? Thanks :-)

Naggi, welcome to these forums. If you have a look at the earlier pages, you'll find links provided to the internet coverage. AFAIk the NDR reports tonight at 21.45 about the wedding . Okay, one of the Seelmann-Eggebrecht reports, but still. I hope you get the NDR via cable or satellite.

Info right now from TV2: there is more than 500 media people present at Møgeltønder now. Frederik together with Haakon and Mette Marit have been spotted out and about Gråsten castle this morning.
--- and they had oysters yesterday evening at the banquet . Apparently collected from the local marsh areas by prince Henrik amongst others.

Thank you all for making this topic a very interesting one, to say the least, for the past couple of months.
Now that the wedding is about to begin I would like for members to please head on over to the Royal Weddings sub-forum to the topic, Joachim and Marie's Wedding, which you can read as well as post here.
