Okay, the concept of these videos is simple: Take an average pig-colored, overweight and out of shape Dane and demonstrate that you by simple and easy preparations can make him complete something that seems unrealistic.
To that we have a professional athlete to demonstrate these simple exercises.

We start out by Heino explaining that he signed up for the 10 km in Copenhagen. Adding: "There is no need to do it all today, then there isn't that much to train for."
