It's very dry humor. I love it.

And of course all of you here who intends to follow, you do realize that you have sort of committed yourselves to do the one mile, right? Whether you run, walk or crawl doesn't matter. You do it for Frederik.

He's morphing from Silver Fox into Adorable Middle-Aged Dad ... and I'm totally here for it.

Also, the video makes me feel less guilty about my lazy training.

Okay, the concept of these videos is simple: Take an average pig-colored, overweight and out of shape Dane and demonstrate that you by simple and easy preparations can make him complete something that seems unrealistic.

To that we have a professional athlete to demonstrate these simple exercises.
Frederik being the hare and moral backup.
And Heino being the subject.

So we have the trainer: T.
Frederik: F.
And Heino: H. - A far from a-typical 39 year old Dane.

I'll translate more or less roughly what they say in chronological order and given that the videos are so short, I won't add times.
We start out by Heino explaining that he signed up for the 10 km in Copenhagen. Adding: "There is no need to do it all today, then there isn't that much to train for."
F: Correct.
H: "I think I'm more fund of running, than running is fond of me."
T: Explains you don't go further down than this.
H: "Why, that's all joints all at once!"
Frederik assess Heino's chances for completing to be really good.
H while running with Frederik: "The respect goes two ways. He has spend several years on this, I'll have to do it in four months. But then I'm a quick beginner."

- I love Heino's deadpan, dry humor! (Wonder if you get it.)
He should be an honorary Jutlander.

- Will translate the first video as well, if you think this makes sense.
