Prince Frederik and Princess Mary's Official Visit to Mexico: November 11-13, 2013
It now seems to be official. Frederik and Mary will travel to Mexico 10 to 13 November 2013.
Delegation to Mexico 10.-13.11 - DI Energi - En del af DI
The article also reports that it's the first time Frederik and Mary visit Mexico.
I looking forward already to a Mary-and-Frederik trip!! How's the weather in Mexico in November?

Besides meetings and visits, there will be a concert by a danish band, gala dinner and a lunch.

Mary og Frederik rocker i Mexico - HER&NU
The three days in Mexico is not only for participating in a Danish business delegation. Frederik and Mary will also attend a charity concert with the Danish band 'Raveonettes'.
It is the Danish Embassy in Mexico who have planned the concert and the surplus from the ticket sales goes to the Mexican organization 'Diarq' which helps abused women and children who are exposed to domestic violence or sexual assault. (Which is one of Mary's main interest areas in the Mary Foundation)

Ceremony with Mexico City's mayor

Crown Prince Couple participate in the ceremony "Key to the City" with the mayor of Mexico City, Miguel Ángel Mancera. At the ceremony presented Crown Prince of the city's key. The ceremonial ritual has its roots in the Middle Ages, where the walls and locked gates entrenched city. In the presentation of the key to the guests are given a symbolic way of free access to Mexico City. Crown Prince speaks at the ceremony.
Charity Concert with The Raveonettes

Crown Prince visits business seminars "Food Ingredients and optimization seminar", "Healtcare seminar" and "Agro Industry and food technology seminar" at the St. Regis Hotel in Mexico City. Crown Prince gets presented an exhibition of products from 15 Danish companies participating in the seminar.
Mexican Chamber of Deputies

Crown Prince visits the Chamber of Deputies, which is part of the Mexican Parliament. During the visit attends the Royal Couple end of a forum on the stoma and the establishment of congressional friendship group with Denmark. Crown Prince is also displayed a photo exhibition about ostomy.
Inauguration of bicycle barometer

Crown Prince attends the opening of Mexico's first bicycle barometer is set up with the aim to make Mexico City for a bicycle friendly city. At the inauguration gives royal couple start signal for cyclists from Mexico's bicycle association, which runs past the barometer.
Opening of Danish design exhibition

Crown Prince Couple participate at the opening of an exhibition that presents sustainable Danish design at the Soumaya Museum in Mexico City. Crown Princess speaks at the opening.
Gala Dinner

The Danish Ambassador is hosting a gala dinner attended by Crown Prince as well as representatives from the business. The gala dinner will take place in the restored monastery ex Convento de San Hipólito, and serves dishes inspired by the Danish-Mexican meeting. Crown Prince visits the state-owned oil company Pemex in Mexico City and attend a meeting with representatives from Pemex and the present Danish companies.
Meeting on Renewable Energy and the Environment

Crown Prince participates in a meeting with representatives of the Danish business delegation, the Federal Electricity Commission and decision makers. The meeting will take place in MUTEC - Technological Museum in Mexico City.
Crown Prince Couple's program
Reception - innovation in health care

Crown Prince Couple participate in a reception attended by the Danish Health Minister, Mexican decision makers in the health sector as well as representatives from Danish companies. Crown Princess gives a speech at the reception, which takes place after a round table discussion on innovation in health care.

In Fact, all the events are with Mary and Frederik together except for the special program just for Frederik on Nov. 13

Just read the entire programme and it's indeed some busy days they have in front of them in Mexico... Maybe good it's "only" three days when it's so close after the Australia trip, it may be a bit exhausting with two such extensive trips abroad so close to each other. Hope they take them some relaxing days when they return home 
But the program looks very interesting and exciting.
Great that F+M participates in all events together during the trip. They are a good team! And very best when they're together IMO!

The two children with Downs Syndrome are Gael and Ivanna.
The Minister for Health, Astrid Krag, accomapny them on this trip as well as representatives for 50 Danish businesses.

Varm velkomst til kronprinsparret i Mexico
- F+M arrived in Mexico yesterday evening after a 12 hour long flight from Denmark.
- They are in the company of our Minister of Health, Astrid Krag, and representatives from over 50 Danish companies!
- They were given a warm welcome by children and adults.
- This is the first time M+F visit Mexico.
