yep!
We saw Mary in one of the bike rides to the horse stables with her camera so maybe she took some pictures for the card this year?
Some of the cards are personal photos she took so maybe

You're both welcome, Roskilde and polyesco - glad I could be of help!

How lovely that the romance is alive and kicking 10 years down the track but now has the added bonus of wit and humour. They are an inspiration to us all about the importance of keeping the love alive and sharing it with their kids (wouldn't mind betting Christian is of an age to go Ewww, when they get romantic).
Thanks for all these great pics and especially the one of the Fred and his herring!

MARG, it leaves my thoughts to this moment from the Crown Prince family's Greenland-trip
Christian, however, seems to be used to it

nevertheless, someone took these pictures without permission and posted them. An intrusion of privacy but without fuss? How does this compare with the reaction in Britain to unauthorized photos of Cambridge children?

Oh, but you see, special Cambridges need special rules
________
Jokes aside, I've said it before and I'll say it again, Mary, Frederik and the kids are nothing less than gifts that keep on giving and we're so lucky to have them

William and Kate want their son to have privacy nothing wrong with that. I don't think the public needs to see every move the children make. There are too many people out here with nothing but nasty negative things to say why allow such pictures that will feed the nonsense.

It's definitely not too early for another royal tour! I suggest that next summer (or before, even) Mary, Frederik and the kids take over the official visit to the Faroe Islands that QMII and Henrik had to cancel this June.

I'll certainly look forward to their next trip to Australia.
Now that both Christian and Bella will be at least reasonably proficient in English it will be more interesting for them as well. Ironically that means they will be able to speak to all Australians they meet, rather than in some Greenlandic hamlets where Danish is not used on a day to day basis.
And the twins are now old enough to find it entertaining, and to entertain us... I'm sure Vincent can find some sheep to yell at or Josephine find a horse or two to drop from.

My thoughts too. And how cute would it be to see Christian, Bella, Vincer and Phine in Faroese national costume?

I wish for the family and particularly Mary that soon they will have time for a trip down to Tasmania, although we know father John Donaldson has lived for some months in the beginning of the year at home at the Crown family in Denmark it's some time since she has seen her siblings,. And now Vincent and Josephine indeed have an age where they get more out of visiting their mother's family and homeland.
Mary is the patron of Hobart's University 150th anniversary in October, perhaps it can be linked to a trip Down Under. But if, we then perhaps should have already heard about from the court....

These are wonderful gifs, thanks Roskilde for sharing. I regularly view her blog on Tumblr and Archduchess Zelia is excellent at making gifs and editing photos.
I particularly like the gif of Maxima giving Vincent a high five and also the gif of Josephine hugging Mary during their visit to Greenland. The gif of Nikolai advising Vincent not to climb the balcony is cute too, Nikolai appears to watch out for his younger relatives. It seems that Vincent cannot resist a little climb whenever he's on a fence or a balcony.

I think the last time they visited Australia was when Isabella was still a toddler though it would also be nice if they could visit again. They probably make private visits to see Mary's family, but then again I remember reading that Mary's parents live in Copenhagen.

Billed Bladet today has posted summer pictures the summer Princess Isabella on their Facebook page:
A great picture of 8 years old Bella. A real little Princess with her bouquet of flowers:
https://scontent-ams2-1.xx.fbcdn.net...40&oe=56768933
Beautiful features, she's gonna be a beautiful young woman. It's from the horses parade with dad, mom and siblings at Gråsten slot.
The four Crown Prince children love those flowers bouquets! It's quite cute! Or maybe not Christian anymore, but Bella, Josephine and not least Vincent are crazy about them.

There is something about that child in that photograph, I bet she is a shrewd judge of character.
