And then I remember we got many details from the midwife. Vincent came out first and half an hour later Josephine. But she lay the wrong way which is very naturally when having a naturally birth of twins. When the first twin is born twin number two turns around in the stomach. But because twins are so small when they are born (and Vincent already had 'cleared the way') Mary could given birth to Josephine the naturally way as well. So Josephine is called a 'stjernekigger' in Danish (what do you call it in English? A sunny side up baby?) Sorry, I'm a nurse so bear with me. |
In Germeny it is a "Sterngucker" (to translate like "looking to the stars")

I wish you all a Happy New Year. With this picture which I just came across on bt.dk. From their Canada trip in September.
I love to write a little note to the things I posts. But this picture simply doesn't need any description at all. It says it all by itself. Sometimes a picture can say more than a thousand words.

I had not seen the one of F&M in the ocean before.
Its amazing how fast the kids have grown.
