It's not a silly question; one that is interesting. But i thought Mary only had one LIW. Caroline is her secretary now? Or am I wrong?

My impression is that Caroline is both secretary and LIW.

I am also under the impression that Caroline is both secretary and LIW. I am sure that they probably divide things up between the two of them based on schedule, distance traveled, etc. To my knowledge, both ladies have children, so I am sure that this plays a role in their duty schedule.

I absolutely love her dress. It is gorgeous on her. Have any photos of Caroline at any of the birthday events been released? I haven't seen any, but I would imagine that she attended.

It looks like this was at the gala. She looked really beautiful, and she is wearing her LIW ribbon, so I guess that she was there in her capacity as LIW, not just as a guest.

I don't think that color dress was such a wise choice for a redhead with her coloring. It looks strange on her.

I think with red hair it looks great. Caroline isn't a natural redhead. so her skin tone looks good in more colors than someone who is natural.

Umm I don't like the dress but Caroline does have beautiful hair. I think a blue or black dress would have looked nice.

I think Caroline Herring is the perfect LIW and I marvel at her perfection in this position. IMO Tanya has never really looked that comfortable in the job nor as stylie as Caroline. IMO

I never noticed Tanja until today. She is quite an attractive young lady.
The other one, Caroline, looks a little bit like Bree Vandekamp in Desperate Housewives... that's not a criticism, I like redheads and I like Caroline's (and Bree's) clothing.

I second that opinion.
Out of the 3 so far, I think the very 1st L-I-W (dont recall her name) wa sthe most proffesional and seemed to quite be comftable in her role, I also think Mary learnt alot from her in the first year or two.

I agree! Now correct me if I'm wrong, I don't exactly understand all the responsibilities of a LIW. They are not a stylist or do they help with this?
