Billed Bladet #41 is out and we have a broad variety of treats this week.
Frederik has challenged Joachim to a race in go-carts, which is going to be aired Saturday on TV3 (a commercial channel).
Our Marie her mother, Joachim, bette Henrik and a white furry novelty met up with Billed Bladet while going a walk around Amalienborg. (They usually do that when nothing else is going on, so I'm a little pussled why they do it now).

We have a note about Prince Henrik tasting wine.
A note about QMII attending the year-party at Sydansk Universitet in Odense.
We are informed at length that Madeliene has now finally accepted Sofia...., sorry, got carried away.
We have a portrait of Christian who is about to turn six.

We have a special treat for those interested in jewels. A detailed article about the fair Marie's new tiara.

The Q&A this week are interesting. I like that Jon Bloch Skipper isn't afraid to deal with controversial issues regarding the DRF - before he usually dismiss them.
Is Prince Henrik going hunting this year, wacking animals for pleasure?

Did Frederik IX blame Queen Ingrid for not giving birth to a male heir?

The Stylefinder deals with a poncho worn by Mary at the Hubertus Hunt.
As I don't know where to put this I'll write about it here and you can just pass that on in the appropriate thread.
The poncho is made of wool and mohair, from Missoni. From their Fall/2010 collection. - It is no longer for sale.
We have an article comparing bellies. La belle Marie and Victoria's bellies to be exact.
And this:
Summary of article in Billed Bladet #41, 2011.
Mary vild med Seebach - Mary crazy about Seebach.
Written by Ulrik Ulriksen.
Mary attended the gala evening of the Psyciatry Foundation, which took place in the opera.
Here Mary, sitting in the VIP lounce, enjoyed various forms of entertainment. Among them the popsinger, Rasmus Seebach, who appeared to delight both Mary and the audience. Alas, Im half fossilised, so I don't know his songs. Mary later met the singer during the intermission.
Anyway, our reporter caught up with Rasmus Seebach after the show (I guess he missed Mary) and the singer told about his meeting with Mary. Actually he mostly talked himself and about how humble and honored he felt, that Mary chatted with modest little he.
About Mary he said: "First and foremost.... No I'll translate all he said, and for whatever reason I think of ham right now.
"First and foremost the Crown Princess and I talked about it being in the service of a good cause, that we are here in the Opera tonight. It's a very important cause. And an important subject to put focus on. Unfortunately I didn't spend so much time with the Crown Princess, so the event itself was the most important thing to talk about. (*) I also told Mary that I was very honored that I had been asked whether I would be a part of the show. I also talked with her about the surroundings here in the Opera. Why, it's utterly fantastic to be allowed to perform here. (**) She also thought it's utterly fantastic here. (***) I'm really proud to be allowed to sing in this beautiful, beautiful hall. And then she told me that I surely was used to performing in a big place like this. She knew that I've performed on many big stages in the last year or so. (****) I thought it was cool that she apparantly keeps full track on what I'm doing. (*****)
As I said, it seemed like she knew me and my music. That's pretty amusing. She's sweet and then she's a person like the rest of us, and she likes good music. I'm of course honored that she thinks that my music is good".
Rasmus Seebach was also delighted to learn that Christian and Isaballa listens to his music.
Mary also managed to meet other artists, among them Laura Kvists Poulsen and Brian Lykke from a satirical show on DR1, called Krysters Kartel. They made Mary laugh. (******)
ADDED: BB informs us that Mary wore Pradas.
(*) Perhaps she rushed away in order to blow in the big tuba in the bathroom?
(**) What modesty, what incomparable self-effacing bahavior. Watch and learn, such humbleness is an art.
(***) So she did get a word in?
(****) Like Randers Football Arena and Nørre Bøvelse potato field?
(*****) Added with a modest little cough.
(******) She probably needed a good laugh....
