It's great to see CP Mary so pois and elegant at solo events...I think she's really settling into her role. You can see her confidence grow at each event!
On her outfit - i think the colour red suits her and not alot of people can carry off such vibrant red! I think the dress itself wld be better if taken in a little - givin it a more fitting look. But overall it's lovely and the shoes....to die for!

Thanks for the insight. I'm glad to see Mary lending a bit of her time to causes such as this, as I love good stories and positive news!
Although some have criticized her for the organizations she lends her name to, I think quite the opposite. She is at the pinnacle of society and outranks nearly every person in the land. Why not enjoy yourself and shine a light on the things that are happy and beautiful to you? Some charities are downright depressing but there are numerous "junior" royals who probably wouldn't mind getting a paycheck to deal with them.
By the way, she looks great in red!

Thanks Paty! Here is a video clip from today's event in Arhus. The purpose of the event is an important one not only to futher research, but to get arouse public interest in Denmark and perhaps around the world; to find solutions, address problems, issues, and overall change.

Article and gallery from TV2: GALLERI: Mary var forsker for en dag - TV 2 Nyhederne
TV 2 Gallery
Juding from the last picture, Frederik must have bitten her.....
Okay, still a chilly day today.
Mary is patron of the Day of Research, which lasts not 24 hours but several days, from the 19-21. April.
In that capacity she presented the Research-Communication Prize on behalf of the Ministry of Education to a professor Albert Gjede.
- I'm afraid it doesn't say what the purpose of the whole thing is, presumably promoting science.
The youthful looking, curly haired man looking through the telescope, faking interest, is I believe Morten Østergaard, the Minister of Education - So far that's about the most useful thing he has accomplished as minister....
