Yesterday - day 3 - first Washington and then Boston was more hardcore business events. And that means, unfortunately, less coverage than the more 'human events' as hospital visits, running with veterans, etc .. Apperantly.
A shame. I have previously expressed my dissatisfaction with the DRF's new Facebook page. They could give SO much... they could bring so much out to the people about how much the CP-couple and Queen are doing. But they don't... I will say not even 1/3 of the CP couple's many many official events reach the DRF's official Facebook page. During this busy and packed business visit - actually the largest Danish business visit in USA ever - the DRF's Facebook has posted videos of the welcome reception, the veteran race, the visit to the hospital and the dance to ballet. Nothing about all the more serious events. Even they have great galleries on their website. But they don't post them on their Facebook. So far nothing at all about the whole day in Boston yesterday, we can hope it comes, though :)

I think they were just demonstrating the use of the equipment. Not actual patients. "Guldmann produces and develops patient aids, among other things lifting systems and wheelchair lifts and ramps"

I was shocked to see a big picture of Fred and Mary I my local paper today! It was from the day in Washington but said they were coming to boston. I live about two hours from Boston. Aside from the BFF, maybe only princess victoria of swedens wedding was ever even mentioned

Medical supplies, equipment and especially medicine are two very serious export sectors from DK to USA.
In fact if you are an American and a diabetic it is almost certain the insulin you get is from Novo Nordisk, even if they have lost some of their market recently in USA.
Hence the added focus on this sector during this visit.

And at the end also about the dance, which she thought was a pleasure as it is not so often they have the opportunity to hit the floor during a commercial offensive. (If the business papers hadn't covered this visit so well, we would be excused for believing that was all they did in USA! Sometimes...)

"I think we have an excellent way of co-operating. That we always have had. We are good at supporting each other and complement each other. About F&M's romantic dance to Steve Wonder's "Isn't she lovely" which became a viral hit in Denmark and on for example at TV2 News Facebook recieved over 16 thousand likes (which rarely happens in Denmark):
"I think it was really good.. I hope it looked good?," laughs Mary a bit shy.. 
"But it was a pleasure at any rate! It's not often you get the opportunity to have a dance (Mary actually says a 'sving-om' which is a Danish slang word for 'a nice dance') during a business promotion."
