That's great.
The Greenlanders will certainly appreciate this.
The Greenlanders will certainly appreciate this.
That would be fantastic
Im sure Greenland would be very happy to have the CP family back, as they are very excited for Frederik.
The games take place from March 6 to 11, not sure if its a spring holiday for Danish children?
Bad weather and storms have delayed many flights in Greenland. The opening ceremony is now postponed to a later time on Sunday.
Frederik has arrived in Greenland but, like hundreds of participants, has been unable to reach the city of Nuuk.

Take off
He spent two nights in Kangerlussuaq. He was supposed to arrive in Nuuk Friday evening and had a private programme for Saturday, but had to stay in Kangerlussuaq.Crown Prince Frederik (the official patron of Arctic Winter Games 2016) has now landed in Nuuk After a day delay where he was stranded in Kangerlussuaq due to the bad weather in Nuuk.
.
Yes, IIRC it was Kim Nielsen who during the CP-family's family summer cruise in Greenland had Christian with him out on his first hunt, and also Kim who had a private afternoon with Christian and Isabella, where they drove on AVG'ere and visited horses.
Official programme:
Frederik has many things on his programme (which the Court hasn't bothered to inform about... I simply don't get why!)

BB has a few details.
According to this article, Frederik (and presumably Mary as well) touched down in Denmark early Friday morning after having returned from Qatar.
He left for Greenland onboard a Hercules transport later Friday. (Presumably including a pit-stop on Iceland).
Yes, Greenland is part of the Danish Kingdom (or is realm the right word? ). When QMII is on summer cruise in Greenland she is still in charge of DenmarkHe was still listed as regent March 4th to the 6th so I guess they can be regent in Greenland too.
Thanks for all the pictures of Frederik on his two-days visit in Greenland and the Arctic Games
Here is a delightful picture of Frederik and (an athlete?) at todays's events:

Frederik ended his official program today and was taken to Nuuk airport for about 4 hours ago - meaning Frederik may land at home in Denmark in about half an hour. Around midnight Danish time. Perhaps just in time to reach kissing Mary goodnight. The children must be far into dreamland.

"It was so touching to see the reunion between the Crown Prince and Uusaqqaq and his wife - so friendly and heartwarmly.
It was them who Frederik lived with during his Sirius time in Greenland
