On Friday 14 February 2014, TRH The Crown Prince Couple and their children will pose for pictures for members of the press in connection with the family's skiing holiday.
The photo session will take place in the afternoon (time will be announced) by the roundabout next to Restaurant Carrefour, Verbier, Switzerland.
By providing this photo opportunity, we hope that photographers and the media will respect The Crown Prince Couple’s wish of refraining from taking additional photographs of the family during their holiday.

He's not mentioned in the press release but as he's not in Sochi on that exact date, he might be added later on when exact time of the photo opportunity is added though I highly doubt it. I think his schedule is going to get too tight if he goes to Verbier as well.

such a shame. He is in Sochi from the 17 to the 22, hopefully he can make it or they should have scheduled the photo opp earlier

I guess that's why the family chose to take two private weeks vacation together in the last two weeks as it seems like their annual skiing holiday will be affected by Frederik's events during the Olympics. Maybe he can be there for a few days?
Had loved Frederik had been with them to the photo opportunity so don't get me wrong, but it's also a little fun, new and different to try a year with a mother and children photo opportunity.
But let's see what happens, maybe it will be changed. The press release seems a little "unfinished".

I'm so glad that he's going to be there after all. Nothing would stand in the way of him being there and I suspect they might accidentally have released a draft of the press release from when it wasn't certain if he would go or not.
It would also be a little tough on Mary - having to balance four rather active kids at once, so I guess she's quite happy that Frederik will be there as well

It's lovely it will be the whole Crown Prince Family. And yeah, four young active children on a ski slope with a flashing press corps around you... it will probably be nice to be both parents

^^ i think there are some who know it better than me but i think frederik&mary have been there the whole week and just have the photo day in the last part of their holiday. because copenhagen has winter holiday now in this week 7, not in next week:)

Joachim & family had their holiday this whole week 7 and only posed on Thursday.
So I guess the same goes for the CP family.
