Princess Ragnhild of Norway and Erling Lorentzen - May 15th 1953
I recognized there wasn't any thread about the wedding of Princess Ragnhild of Norway and Erling Lorentzen yet. They got married in 1953 (may 15th) in Asker.

Neither did Princess Astrid (in 1961) and Queen Sonja of Norway (in 1968) on their wedding day.

From this photograph I learned that the bride and groom walked up the aisle together. Princess Ragnhild was not escorted by her father Olav.

If you watch the video (which I know you didn't), you'll see the bride was indeed escorted by her father. The above picture is of the recessional.
