Indeed, they were very much in love back then, it's a shame that the marriage failed.

Auntie..I totally agree.
Looking at these pics and knowing that the marriage ended in divorce truly saddens me. They definitely had the look of love.

I've still got the copy of Hello from when they married and it is tragic knowing that their marriage ended in divorce.
They seemed so happy in all the pictures, both looked so proud.

Sorry all but I really disagree--even in 1995, when I first saw the pictures, I was disappointed at her attire, mostly at that hideous afro 'do of hers. It couldn't have been less flattering. Also, the dress somehow was just not right for this petite woman, and to think that the designer was the same one who designed that most exquisite of bridal gowns--Margarethe's! Not sure why exactly I don't warm up to this gown, but I just didn't and don't. Also the tacky lining on the bride's veil--just not right, in my humble opinion. The groom was better looking than his bride, that much is certain for me. That horrible afro, yuck! Luckily the bride's face was so pretty that it overshadowed her outfit---almost!
