Spanish Introductory Visit to Belgium: November 12, 2014
Great. I can't wait to see these two beautiful regent couple together.
I have one question: did Philippe and Mathilde have an introductory visit to Spain in their agenda? Or the future plan changed when Felipe became King?

No it was postponed due to the Abdication of King Juan Carlos.

I greatly enjoy these introductory visits and am looking forward to this one very much.
It might be worth those interested in fashion to prepare and remind themselves now for the possibility that Queen Letizia may not wear a hat - this will save much debate and disappointment later and we can adjust our expectations accordingly....

She does not wear a hat or gloves but she needs to step up her game compared to the dutch visit, some decent jewellery and no flying hair!

 .
Do you think you may have prevented the debate, or merely set it off early?

It was postponed due to the dead of Adolfo Suárez, former Prime Minister of Spain.

Thank you, and then the visit was postponed and when Felipe became king , it should be he and Letizia who should visit Philippe and Mathilde, right?

Well, it could go either way, but I wouldn't wish to prevent a debate though!

The Diplomatic Information Office has issued the following statement:
Their Majesties will make an official trip to Belgium on November 12, accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, José Manuel García-Margallo.
Their Majesties will be met in Brussels by the King and Queen of the Belgians in the Royal Palace, where a meeting is scheduled.
Later, at the Palais d'Egmont, they will meet with Prime Minister of Belgium, Charles Michel. King Felipe and Queen Letizia will also visit the Parliament, which houses the House of Representatives and the Senate. Finally, the King and Queen of the Belgians will offer to Their Majesties a lunch at the Royal Palace.

Denmark, England, Norway, and Sweden I think....they've already visited the Netherlands ie European kingdoms, they might also visit some principalities or republics

The visit to Mexico won't be a introductory visit like these. They'll go there because of the Iberoamerican Summit later this month.

The King of the Netherlands (who started the introduction visits) went to Luxembourg (Orange-Nassau and Nassau are related Houses), to Germany, France and the United Kingdom (all direct neighbours of the Benelux) but also to countries like Venezuela (neighbouring the Dutch Caribbean islands) or Colombia. So it is not really "monarchies only" or "neighbours only" so it seems.
