Were Princess Astrid or Prince Laurent not present?

In this past we have seen Princess Leah in attendance at the Mass, the Luxembourg cousins are so reliable.

No, Astrid and Laurent with their partners have not been present this time.

Léa and Esmeralda though were present, see here.

Nice to see Princess Léa and Marie-Esmeralda, Lady Moncada and just spotted them seated behind the King and Queen at the Mass.

It is a little odd that the Réthy and Luxembourg branches of the family are more regularly present at this event than more senior royals.

They seem to be more reliable to the king than either of his siblings.

The little Prince Leopold of Liechtenstein is burried there since 1984 . King Baudouin was his Godfather.

As Maria-Olivia pointed out the little Prince Leopold is buried at Laeken after living less than a day. His parents Prince Nikolaus and Princess Margaretha of Liechtenstein are therefore understandably most often in attendance at the yearly ceremony. It's said that Queen Fabiola, who had several miscarriages behind her, was a massive support for her niece causing them to become very close for the rest of her life.

JR 76 Thank you , Queen Fabiola was a massive support for Princess Margaretha. We so often saw both at the Queen Elisabeth Music Competition. Prince Nikolaus was Ambassador for Liechtenstein in Belgium and they lived in Belgium.

I spoke with Mr Salvador Moncada and I asked him how I have to call him.
In 2010 he received the Knighthood from her Majesty Queen Elisabeth for his service in science.
He said I am Sir Salvador.
In anyway his wife is Lady Moncada but remains Princess Esmeralda.
His Son Leopoldo will never be Lord Moncada !

Yes its only a title for life ,asides from Princess Astrid Archduchess of Austria-Este),Marie-Esmeralda, Lady Moncada is the only other Belgian royal to have an additional title.

Philippe doesn't seem to suffer from the Coburg baldness he has a LOT of hair for a man nearing his 60s tbh, his brother is the same even if Laurent tends to have a more "military" haircut.

At this same age (or even younger), both Albert and Baudouin were balding noticeably (not a-la Windsor xD but they were).

Yesterday evening, March 5, King Philippe and Queen Mathilde hosted the annual spring concert at the Royal Palace.
This year's concert was dedicated to King Philippe's upcoming 60th birthday.
Prince Laurent was present as well:

Yes indeed, although they look really old (especially Paola seems frail) - but tanned. They seem to have spent quite sometime outside of Belgium.
