From the interview:

"It [the title] was a great thing to ask for," she says, explaining that it has set legal precedent for "other bastard children to be treated the same as legal children".

This is untrue, even if she meant to say "legitimate children" instead of "legal children" (a status she acquired at the same time as her title). For all Belgians other than herself and her children, nobility and noble titles continue to be inherited through legitimate male lines only.

It's interesting how much stuff she does with the Flemish community despite not speaking the language.

I agree, P. Josephine has a strong resemblance with her cousin Elisabeth.

Princess Josephine resembles the Duchess of Brabant!

Agreed that there is a family resembance, but just to clarify :flowers:, her cousin Elisabeth is formally Princess Elisabeth, Duchess of Brabant or simply Princess Elisabeth, and also informally addressed by the general public as Crown Princess Elisabeth. The form "the Duchess of Brabant" has become obsolete in Belgium.

According Journalist Wim Dehandschutter:

"Josephine, the 18-year-old daughter of Princess Delphine, moves to The Netherlands.

She will study Liberal Arts and Sciences at an undisclosed university.

Inspired by her mother’s lawsuit against King Albert, the focus is on human rights."

I wondered if her choice of university meant that Princess Joséphine speaks some Dutch, but according to this article the course is conducted in English (which is apparently very common in Netherlands universities).

Interesting interview. In regard to the debate on this forum some time ago about whether Princess Delphine's public activities are pre-approved by the King or Palace: in my assessment, her comments suggest that the answer is no.
