What was the reason for Prince Lorenz's absence?

I wonder if Princess Delphine and Jim O'Hare would have been present, as on National Day, if not for her recent illness with coronavirus.

A member of the public pointed out to Prince Laurent that he was not wearing his mask correctly. Prince Laurent replied that he won't be able to see anything due to his glasses:

Note that -for now- in Brussels it is not obligatory to wear a mask outside.

King Albert also has a special way of wearing his mask; but it is covering his nose and mouth. Unlike Laurent as you rightly point out. It's really not that hard (I also get rather frustrated with people wearing it right under their mouth - especially when they are trying to speak (or keeping it under their chin)).
