Princess Astrid was the daughter of Prince Carl and Princess Ingeborg of Sweden. She married Prince (Later King) Leopold of Belgium and she is the mother of Grand Duchess Josephine Charlotte of Luxembourg, King Baudoin, King Albert.
Astrid was the sister of Crown Princess Märtha, wife of King Olav of Norway and mother of King Harald, Princess Ragnhild and Princess Astrid of Norway.

Thanks lots for the pictures everyone, Queen Silvia looks really elegant most, and all of the Royals seem quite close, especially King Albert and Queen Silvia and King Carl Gustav, good friendship for them.

A selction from UK Press mostly of Märtha, she and Ari looks unusually somber in many of the pics but atleast I found some in which she is smiling, and one nice one with Mathilde (Märtha Louise made a quick curtesy to MAthilde)
I like Mathildes outfit the best but it looks like she borrowed the shoes from Santals elf
