I hope Crown Princess Mette-Marit has a girl. It would be great. Just thinking, 2 royal baby girls in the span of a month, Lady Louise Nov. 8 and Princess X of the Netherlands on Dec. 7!!!

Princess X of the Netherlands is Princess Catharina-Amalia (official) or Princess Amalia (unofficial) :flower:

Any news on the Savoy baby? I read that Clotilde was supposed to be due by 22 December and deliver by C-section in Geneva instead of Rome.

December 28th,at 19.32 Princess Clotilde of Savoy gave birth to a girl in Geneva.
the girl is named:Vittoria Cristina Adelaide Chiara Maria


So the next baby girl.
Seems like girls will dominate in future.

Only exception this year is Princess Mathilde who gave birth to Gabriel.

Laurentien´s first baby was also a girl and Mathilde´s,too.

We have to see if the "girls-boom" will continue with Mette-Marit,Claire,Laurentien,Annette and then Mary,Letizia.

Tatjana von Lattorff gave birth to a baby girl yesterday on Jan. 18th. The baby will be calledMarie Teresa. Her godmother will be Princess Marie of Liechtenstein (wife of Prince Constantin).

Phillippe and Mathilde had a son in the fall ... (Isnt't he lucky? All these female royals born around his age!)

... And what about all the boy power experienced the last few years with all the royal sons being born: Cristina of Spain had 3 sons, Elena of Spain had one son, Joachim of Denmark had 2 sons, Alexandra Berleberg had one son, Pavlos of Greece had 2 sons, etc.

It's about time there was some girl power in the palaces!

They were born on May 2, 2000. The day after Prince Guillaume's birthday.
