Looking at closer pictures of Silvia's outift, not a fan of the jacket. The design is not to my liking however, the dress looks stunning. Wish we could see better photos of the dress without the jacket though.

Yes the day before her Wedding as she was then still a german citizen. During that time swedish citizens could not get swedish Orders not even members of the RF. This was only changed before CP Victoria's 18th birthday so she could get the Order on that day.
