Does anyone have a larger picture of Mathilde on Maxima's pre wedding, I like the look of her necklace. A gr8 thread, it brings back nice memories...

If I remember correctly it was her tiara turned into a necklace that she wore then.

i doubt it was just the dress. there was much media expectation on letizia's wedding as she was going to get married only 2 weeks after. it was the perfect ocassion for press expectation: a royal wedding, a future one and the introduction of letizia into the royal scene. plus, an amazing dress.

Pre-wedding "winner" for me:
Maxima in her purple Valentino at Felipe of Spains' ball. Also from the same ball (and in Valentino to) Rosario of Bulgaria.
Mette-Marit in pretty summer pink with a flower in her hair at Constantine of Hollands' ball.
That's all I can think of right now.
