None are from the reigning houses AFAIK, but Prince Hubertus of Hohenlohe-Langenburg, a member of the non-reigning House of Hohenlohe, is skiing for Mexico. I think the royals tend to compete more in the Summer Olympics.

Rather an unfortunate picture of Albert - don' t think he would still fit in a bobsleigh.

Von Hohenlohe was born in Mexico and his grandmother is half-mexican. One must have the citizenship to be able to represent a country at the Olympics.
Who is Hubertus von Hohenlohe, and Why Is He Skiing for Mexico - TIME
