What part? The engagement was announced in The Times and the wedding month of August was stated in Jornal do Commercio, which according to Wiki is a long-established (1824/1827) and respected business publication. Not official, but for this purpose, "establishment", and close enough.

Felizitas Magdalena is the youngest of three children and last one who marries.
