Most likely, being Alexander born before his parents' marriage, he doesn't have succession rights nor the title of Duke of Württemberg (but of course, under German law, his surname is Herzog von Württemberg) nor the style of Royal Highness. Just a plain Alexander Herzog von Württemberg.
