Donna Lavinia Borromeo (b.10 March 1977) [second daughter of Don Carlo Ferdinando Borromeo (b.1935) & his wife Marion, nee Zota (b.1945)] & her husband John Elkann (b.1 April 1976) [firstborn son of Margherita Agnelli (b.1955) & her first husband, Alain Elkann (b.1949)] are expecting their third child, a girl, in March.

They already have two sons Leone (27-8-2006) & Oceano (11-11-2007)

Count Ferdinando Brachetti-Peretti and his wife, née Donna Isabella Borromeo dei principi di Angera will have their third child in June.

Their daughter Angera will turn seven on 28 April and their son Lodovico turned four on 21 January.

She doesn't look nine months pregnant, so baby should have been born already; she also wears here a wide dress, appropriate for a woman who gave birth recently.

Update: They will have their second son this month of July and her sister Princess Matilde von Fürstenberg expects her second child

Did she (Mathilde) look pregnant on her brother's wedding? I can't remember.

There was a pic of sister Lavina at a beach somewhere at the end of September 2011
She did not look pregnant at all and daughter Vita was born 4 months later.
I think that in their case (the sisters Borromeo) their looks don't tell much about how long they are pregnant.

Ginevra Elkann (b.1980) [daughter of Margherita Agnelli (b.1955) & her first husband Alain Elkann (b.1949)] and her husband, Don Giovanni Gaetani dell'Aquila d'Aragona dei duchi di Laurenzana (b.1973) will have their second child at the beginning of the year 2013.
Their son Giacomo will be celebrating his third birthday in 29 days.

I think that Matilde will have her second child in the beginning of 2013.
I know some people living near the Borromeo Islands who know the family and they said the beginning of the new year as they said July for sister Isabella (not June)

They already have four daughters: Floriana (5-3-2005), Giorgiana (11-7-2006), Elisabeth (18-6-2008) & Elena (28-12-2010); maybe they will finally have a boy!

Don Ascanio dei principi Pacelli, Italian television and radio presenter (b.29 November 1973) [son of Don Filippo dei Principi PAcelli (b.1941) & his wife Maria Antonieta, nee Campodelli] and his wife Katia née Pedrotti, will have their second child in spring 2013.

They already have a daughter Matilda (12-11-2007)

Kildine de Sambucy de Sorgue (b.1979) daughter of Princess Chantal of France and Baron François Xavier de Sambucy de Sorgue, and her husband Antoine Stevenson are expecting their fifth child for 2013.

The baby will join big brothers Jean (2007), Louis (2011), and sisters Sarah ( 2008) and Eulalie (2010).
