Nikolaus von Schonborn-Wiesentheid (b.14 September 1966) [oldest of four children and only son of late Manfred von Schonborn-Wiesentheid (1935-1989) & his wife Margit, nee Princess Esterhazy von Galantha (b.1936)] will marry religiously Anna von Wedel on 9 August.

Their civil wedding has reportedly already taken place.


Countess Aglae of Stolberg-Stolberg (b.1985) [only child of Count Christoph of Stolberg-Stolberg (b.1948) & his wife Elisabeth, nee Mayer-Rieckh (b.1952)] is engaged to Martin Eichinger. They plan to marry sometime this year.


Countess Francesca "Fanny" Lydia Maria von Khevenhuller-Metsch (b.21 April 1988) [daughter of Johannes, Prince von Khevenhuller-Metsch (b.1956) & his wife Camilla, nee Donna Borghese dei Principi di Nettuno (1962)] is engaged to Count Damiano Minozzi; it became known on 6 January.

Fanny is the oldest of four daughters and first one who marries.

Baron Louis de Geer of Finspang (b.1988) [son of Madeleine von Arbin (b.1955) {herself youngest of five children of Dagmar Bernadotte, Countess of Wisborg (b.1916) & her late husband, Nils Magnus von Arbin (1910-1985)} & her former husband, Baron Gerard de Geer of Finspang (b.1954)] got engaged to Josefin Maria Bakos (b.1982) this year. They already have a son Edward (b.2012).

Louis is the youngest of three children and second one who marries; his sister Adrienne (b.1984) got engaged to Gustaf Heurlin (b.1985) last year. His oldest sister Jana (b.1983) is still single.

Helena Robinson-Molthe (b.1981) [daughter of Countess Christine Moltke (b.1950) & her first late husband, Glen Stuart Robinson, who became Glen Stuart Robinson-Moltke (1944-1982)] got engaged to James W. Backhouse this year.

Her only brother Michael (b.1978 or 1979) married Victoria Postle last year.

He was previously married to Cheryl Marie Niederfrank (b.1983) which marriage reportedly ended in divorce; they have a daughter Elizabeth.

Gabrielle Wagnière (b. 1982), daughter of the recently deceased Princess Renata Radziwill (1954-2014) and her former husband André Wagnière, is engaged to Frederick Reverdin.

Gabrielle is the oldest of two children and the first to marry. How sad that her mother will not be at the wedding.

Count Valentin von Habsburg (b. 1983), son of Archduke Markus of Austria (Tuscan Branch) (himself son of Archduke Hubert Salvator of Austria and Princess Rosemary of Salm-Salm) and his wife Hilde Jungmayr, is engaged to Claudia Mittermayr.

The couple will marry next year. Valentin is the eldest of three children and second to marry; his sister Magdalena (b. 1989) recently married Sebastian Bergmann, and his brother Maximilian (b. 1984) is still single.

Count Joseph von Schaesberg (b.21 September 1979) [son of late Count Karl von Schaesberg (1934-2003) & his wife Monica, nee Freiin von Canstein (b.1939) will marry religiously Sophia Luise Leopold in Jochberg, Tirol (Austria) on 30 August.
Their civil wedding has probably already taken place.
