Noble Engagements Announcements 2012

Two Pappenheim sisters [daughters of Alexander Count of Pappenheim (b.1948) and his wife Marie Christine, née Countess of Hartig (b.1950)] are going to marry very soon!


Their oldest daughter, Countess Caroline of Pappenheim (b.4 August 1978) will marry Hubertus Schacht (son of Dietrich Wilhelm Schacht and of his wife Isabelle, née von Mészáros) at Székesfehérvár on 26 May.

Their youngest daughter, Countess Maria-Theresia of Pappenheim (b. 15 September 1982) will marry Count Ernst von Schönfeldt (son of Heinrich Count von Schönfeldt and of his wife Marie-Therese, née Freiin von Loudon) at Székesfehérvár on 21 June.

Count Alexander and Countess CHristine have also a son Georg (b. 26 June 1981); their second daughter Elizabeth died in 1980 as a six-week old baby.

Count Ulrik of Rosenborg (b.17 December 1950) [son of late Prince Oluf of Denmark, who became Count Oluf of Rosenborg in 1948 (1923-1990) & his first wife, Dorrit Puggard-Miller (b.1926)] got engaged to Judith Marlene Sandwick this year.

On 23 April two years has passes since his wife, Tove Waigner-Larsen passed away at the age of nearly 60 (she was born on 14 December 1950, and married him in 1981) They had two children: Katharina turned 30 three days ago and Philip will turn 26 in four days.

Louise-Marie is the youngest of six children and last one who marries.
