Pengiran Anak Puteri (Princess) Fadzillah Lubabul Bolkiah of Brunei (b.23 August 1985) [daughter of Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei (b.1946) & his former second wife Mariam Abdul Aziz] is engaged to Abdullah Nabil Mahmoud Al-Hashimi;, they are going to marry on 20 January (religious ceremony called akad nikah) in Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque in Bandar Seri Begawan.

She is the first of three living children in common of her parents who marries.

Her sister Azemah Ni'matul Bolkiah (b.26 September 1984) and brother Abdul Mateen (b.10 1991) are single.
Her eldest brother Abdul Azim died unmarried and childless nearky 15 ago aged 38 from multiple organ failure caused by severe systemic vasculitis.

Mafalda is the firstborn grandchild of King Simeon and Queen Margarita of Bulgaria and first one who marries.

She has a sister Olimpia (b.13 December 1995) and a brother Tassilo (b.20 January 2002).

And six days earlier, unofficially on Instagram was announced the engagement of her paternal first cousin, Jumana Al-Saleh (b.9 November 1990) [daughter of Princess Zein bint Hussein of Jordan (b.1968) & her husband Sayyid Majdi Al-Saleh].

The name of her husband-to-be is currently unknown.

Her twin brother Jaafar married Aisha Yahya Abdul Rahman Quta in August last year.
