Count Charles-Henri d'Udekem d'Acoz (b.1985) [son of late Count Patrick d'Udekem d'Acoz (1936-2008) & his wife Countess Anne Komorowska (b.1946), brother of Queen Mathilde of Belgium] is engaged to Caroline Philippe; they are going to marry in Pont L'Eveque (France) on 3 September.
Charles-Henri is the youngest of four living children, only son and last one who marries.

Huh? The link you quoted said he was born in 1982 and she was born in 1989 - that's only a 7 year age difference and puts him at 39-40 while she's 32-33.

Exactly. I was discussing her brothers ("based on her brother Huibert's profile (...), it is clear that he is much older" ... "her brother Paul (...) he is also quite a bit older"): one is in his mid-fifties and the other is most likely about 50 - which is why I mentioned that it is likely that they have different mothers.
