Prince Abdul Malik al-Bolkiah of Brunei (b.30 April 1983) [youngest of six children together of Sultan of Brunei, Hassan al-Bolkiah (b.1946) & his wife, Queen Saleha (b.1946)] & his wife Dayangku Raabi’atul ‘Adawiyyah Pengiran Haji Bolkiah (b.27 October 1992) [daughter of Pangiran Haji Bolkiah bin Pangiran Haji Jaludin & his wife Pangiran Hajah Noor'aismah] had their second daughter, Fathiyyah Rafaahul Bolqiah, on 10 March.

Zofia's only brother Stanisław Michał (b.1987) & his wife Mona, nee Schaldemose (b.1986) have a daughter Sława (26-2-2016).

Her younger brother Cristoforo (b.1984) is single.
Her youngest brother Benedetto died in 1988 as a one-year-old baby.

Wow I missed this news. Last I read, I wasn't even sure it was confirmed they were expecting. Notice both boys have Carlo as a middle name. Nice they included Albert for his Uncle :flowers:
 
Not only is Carlo a Princely Grimaldi name, there is also St. Carlo Borromeo.

More importantly there is Don Carlo Ferdinando Borromeo, better known to Stefano and Franceso (likely) as Nonno.

St Carlo or the numerous Charles Grimaldi (Carlo is the Italian form), would be a fringe benefit.

Pierre's paternal grandfather was also Giancarlo, so slight nod to him.
 
I like the fact how Pierre and Beatrice are honoring both the Borromero and Grimaldi side with the using of Carlo.

The couple were married in 2015. Philippe's older brother Rodolphe (*1979) is married to Archduchess Marie-Christine of Austria and has three children. He has two younger siblings, Marie (*1986) and Francois-Guillaume (*1989) are unmarried. This is the first grandchild for the maternal grandparents - Caroline has three younger siblings, Diane (*1990), Philippa (*1991), and Ludovic (*1994), as well as an older sister Beatrice (1984-1994) who died young.

It is a very happy year for Prince Jean of Luxemburg (b.1957) & his first wife Hélène Vestur (b.1958); after debuting as grandparents in April, they became grandparents again!

Their firstborn child and only daughter, Princess Marie-Gabrielle de Nassau (b.8 September 1986) & her husband Antonius Wilms (b.22 December 1988) [son of Countess Maria Theresia von Goess (b.1953) & her husband Hayo Wilms (b.1947)] had their first child, a boy named Zeno, on 5 June.

Young mother's parents debuted as grandparents in April, when Felix de Nassau, son of Prince Constantin de Nassau & Kathryn Mechie, was born.

Zeno Wilms is also 14th great-grandchild of former Grand Duke Jean, as well as the 9th one for Countess Antonie von Goess, nee Countess von Enzenberg zum Freyen- und Jöchelsthurm (Antonius' maternal grandmother, b.17 November 1927).

Nicoletta is divorced from Federico Scardamaglia (b.1974) by whom she has two sons: Francesco (b.1999) & Gabriele (b.2000); she has also a daughter Maria (b.2010) by her former partner Giorgio Pasotti (b.1973).

Nicoletta's only brother Enzo-Manfredi died in 1997 aged 21.
